Coming Up Next - Creative Workshops

I am excited to offer new creative wellbeing sessions, in collaboration with Camille Monet and Carer Gateway/Uniting Vic.Tas, to support carers in Gippsland through inclusive, arts-based experiences. These are free to attend, with all materials provided, and no artmaking experience is necessary. We loved the first workshop but need more interested carers to confirm demand for future gatherings.

If you would like more information to know if you are a carer and how to register for this support, go to our Support for Carers page. If you would like to be notified of future events, complete our Expression of Interest form here.

Adult Carers Creative Wellbeing Workshop

Caring for someone can be deeply meaningful- but it can also be exhausting, isolating and overwhelming. This session offers a creative space for carers to take a break, connect with others who understand, and use inclusive creative practices to support wellbeing and self-expression.

No experience is required. You don't have to be 'creative'- just wanting to try something different. Come as you are- no pressure to share and all participation is optional.

Refer to the Support for Carers page for guidance on how to register as a carer, or use the Expression of Interest Form to record your interest in future workshops.

This is a chance to celebrate our loved ones in a creative and inclusive way.
Mums, Dads and kids. Friends, neighbours, chosen family. Carers. Grandmas, grandpas, and grandchildren. Teenagers. Step-parents, siblings, aunties and uncles. Someone from every generation or a solo date for you?

Camille and Alisoun invite you to gather together in Cowes for a heartwarming community workshop where our elders and young ones create handcrafted dolls in the beloved Mirka Mora style, sharing stories, laughter, and traditions that connect and celebrate. More than just crafting, this workshop is about belonging—welcoming all identities and stories and enjoying the richness of diverse experiences through creativity. Chosen family, elders, and young ones very welcome. Come with someone special or on your own - we just want you to come.
